Terms & Conditions — DuitNow99

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and DuitNow99 ("DuitNow99", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at duitnow99.cam ("the Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion offered by DuitNow99, you agree unconditionally to be bound by these Terms and all associated policies, including the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gambling Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform in any capacity. DuitNow99 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on DuitNow99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person of legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or recent employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of DuitNow99 or any of its affiliated business entities or technology partners.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with DuitNow99 or any third-party responsible gambling registry.
• You must not have had a previous Account on the Platform that was closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, whether under the same name, different names, or different contact details, constitute a material breach of these Terms and are subject to immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Full legal name as per your Malaysian National Registration Identification Card (NRIC) or passport;
• A valid and accessible email address;
• A Malaysian mobile phone number;
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older;
• A valid payment method registered in your own name.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. DuitNow99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to our support team immediately.

DuitNow99 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, DuitNow99 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Commercial use, redistribution, or resale of any part of the Platform or its content;
• Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from the Platform by automated means;
• Modifying, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works based on the Platform's software or intellectual property;
• Using the Platform in any manner that could impair, overburden, or compromise its security or functionality.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that gambling involves a risk of financial loss. DuitNow99 does not guarantee winnings and expressly disclaims any representation that any particular game, bet, or strategy will result in a profit. You should only wager amounts you can comfortably afford to lose.

All game outcomes on DuitNow99 are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. DuitNow99 does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of or against any individual player.

DuitNow99 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, as well as cryptocurrency methods including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT TRC20/ERC20), and Litecoin (LTC).

6.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the depositing player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• DuitNow99 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits. Third-party fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside our control.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmed receipt by our payment processing systems. Processing times vary by method — instant for DuitNow and e-wallets; 5–15 minutes for FPX bank transfers; 15–30 minutes for cryptocurrency after on-chain confirmation.

6.2 Currency

The Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) as its primary account currency. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed receipt. DuitNow99 is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations that occur between the time of your deposit initiation and the time of crediting.

Players may request a withdrawal of real-money funds (excluding uncleared bonus balances) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the DuitNow99 Account holder. DuitNow99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• DuitNow99 reserves the right to request KYC documentation (government-issued photo identification, proof of address, payment method verification) before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or cancellation.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes via DuitNow or registered Malaysian bank account during standard operating hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where verification is required.
• DuitNow99 does not impose withdrawal fees on the platform side. Any fees charged by receiving banks or payment processors are the responsibility of the Account holder.

DuitNow99 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering (turnover) requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms at the time of offer.
• Bonuses are awarded to one Account per person, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Any attempt to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes fraud and will result in account suspension.
• Unless explicitly stated, bonuses and free spins must be used within the promotional validity period. Expired bonuses are automatically voided.
• DuitNow99 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or expire any bonus, promotion, or offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retroactively affect bonuses already claimed and in progress by players.
• Wagers placed using bonus funds on games excluded from bonus play do not count toward wagering requirements. The list of excluded games is published in the relevant promotion terms.
• If a player withdraws real-money funds before completing the wagering requirement on an active bonus, the remaining bonus balance and any associated bonus winnings will be forfeited.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules of the applicable game, sport, or event. DuitNow99 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical fault in the Platform's systems.

9.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA competitions, UFC, and other events — are governed by standard sports betting rules applicable to each market type. Asian Handicap, Over/Under, and moneyline bets are subject to the outcome of the relevant event as determined by the official governing body. 9.2 Casino Games

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation technology provided by our licensed game studio partners. DuitNow99 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect the theoretical long-run return and are not a guarantee of individual session results.

9.3 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studio environments. The results of live dealer games are determined by physical events (card dealing, roulette spin) observed by players in the live stream. Technical disconnection during a live game does not invalidate bets already placed and confirmed before the disconnection.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the DuitNow99 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one Account or using the Account of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Depositing funds that originate from criminal activity or any form of money laundering;
• Using any automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or access the Platform;
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds in the Platform's systems, whether in casino games or sports betting markets;
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with Platform employees for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in "bonus abuse" — systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner not intended by DuitNow99, including but not limited to low-risk matched betting across multiple accounts;
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any IP-masking technology;
• Making chargebacks or reversals of deposits through your bank or payment provider after those funds have been used to place wagers.

DuitNow99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously. The following tools and policies are in place:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their Account settings. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately. An increase in deposit limits is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts. Reminders are displayed as on-screen notifications after the configured time has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Any player may request a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion. You are granted no rights, licence, or interest in DuitNow99's intellectual property beyond the limited use licence set out in Section 5 of these Terms. Unauthorised reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DuitNow99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party payment failures;
• Any actions taken by you in reliance upon information published on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional information;
• Losses incurred as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, DuitNow99's aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

DuitNow99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or its players. In cases of confirmed Terms breach, DuitNow99 may withhold the balance at its discretion.

DuitNow99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, DuitNow99 will endeavour to notify registered players by email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 14.
